Sun Yuying, Deputy Secretary of CPC party committee of the Financial Bureau of Naqu County, Tibet. Born and raised in Yantai City, Shandong Province, Sun was sent to Tibet in 1979 where she worked as an accountant in Naqu County. She has been working in Tibet since then and became the bureau chief of Naqu Financial Bureau in 2001.
